E-mail fraud alert

Please be advised that both non-customers and Logan Bank & Trust customers have recently received emails claiming to be from Logan Bank & Trust. These e-mails contain 5 question survey and requests individual account information. These e-mails are not from Logan Bank & Trust. These e-mails are an example of what is commonly called “Phishing”. Please do not respond to these e-mails.

Logan Bank & Trust will never send an e-mail that requires customers to send us personal information via e-mail or pop-up window. Any unsolicited request for personal or account information should be considered fraudulent.

What should you do if you receive a suspicious e-mail?
  • If you receive a suspicious e-mail, do not open it or use the link inside the e-mail
  • Please contact us so we can investigate the source of these messages
  • If you have inadvertently given out and Logan Bank & Trust account information, contact one of our branches immediately.
